Im curious now, Ill give this a try in the next couple days! My best 50 squat time is 46sec, that would put me at about 130 if I could sustain but I dont think I could so Ill aim for 100-110.

Wow if you can hit that number and have perfect form then that's awesome. Its clearly essential that the form is perfect.
I did 2 minutes with 50% body weight this week and hit 69 reps.

Thanks! Im not sure if there perfect form wise but I do try my best to get a full ROM. Ended up doing a squat tabata instead hit 20 as my lowest, 22 as my highest going to give this a go once my legs recover, I think Ill be good for 110 for sure now! Nice reps on half BW! Another thing Ill have to try! haha
