Been off for two weeks due to vacation and pure laziness. I paid for it today.
Team WOD @ Dogtown Crossfit.
Each team member must complete the following.
30 Inverted Burpees
30 Goblet Squat step Ups (20kg)
30 Body Bashers (think burpee/pullup/knees to elbows
Team then runs 800m together carrying 70#. (Our team did 60# since we only had 3 people).
