Press 2x5x45, 1x5x65, 1x3x75, 1x2x95, 4x3x115 (failed on #4 every time), 1x4x105, 1x8x85
Pull-up 1x10x160 (~bw*), 1x8x185, 1x8x185, 1x6x185, 1x5x155

*I'm up to 160lbs!

I'm pretty bummed about failing on the press. Hopefully the volume I added with the extra sets will help me eek out at a fourth or fifth rep on at least one set next time.

On that last one, the work sets were actually 4x3x115, not 110. I didn't notice the mistake until that until it was too late to change edit the post. So at least I'm not getting any weaker.

Weighted sit-up 4x10x25

Seems like all my presses are weak. I didn't sleep well last night, so that may be partially to blame for the bench failure. Next time, I'm going to nail the 3x5x185.

I definitely did not "nail" the 3x5x185 on bench, or even come close. I chose to work out a day early because of plans tonight and tomorrow, so this time I'll blame the failure on that. When I finally run out of excuses, hopefully I'll have made some progress.
