I came across this and was amazed at this guy's strength. He does some moves in the second half of the video that just seem stupifyingly difficult. If you're short on time, check out the last few seconds when he does no-leg push-ups.

This is my first post of this nature. Please let me know if there's a better board for these types of posts.

This was posted on the main page a few months back, but it's still amazing no matter how many times you watch it.

I hung around a lot of breakdancers in high school, and I remember being shocked at how crazy strong and flexible these guys are.

All the guys I knew could do L-Sits with their hands on the floor, and then start spinning. They could do planches from the ground and all sorts of craziness.

Best part is, they only trained at home, at the park, or on cardboard. Bodyweight, baby.

Those guys look like they're approaching 6' in height. Gives us tall boys some home to pull that stuff off in the future :-) (I am 6'2")

James,

As a fellow big guy I wish I could agree with you, but...to my eye they look much smaller (at a guess 5'5 or so). If you want to see a big guy performing some amazing stuff, check out John Gill's website; like you he's 6'2 and worked up to, amongst other feats, a one-handed front lever.
