Murph is coming.....

Memorial day is about 80 some odd days away and I would really like to be better prepared this go around. I'm considering doing a daily baseline along with my 2-3 wods a week.

Does anyone do a daily maintenance wod like murph every day something like 5/10/20 for 5-10 rounds to get prepared along with a daily run?

Murph is just another workout - it's certainly not the hardest hero WOD (have you seen the recently posted "Zeus?"), it's just the most accessible because the only equipment absolutely required is a pullup bar. If you're worried about it three months out, you're already defeating yourself. I'd say keep training how you would normally and don't overthink it.

Ironically (Game of Thrones reference to title) Memorial day here seems to be the hottest day of the year (feels like it). That is the hardest part of that workout to me; the heat .... so no, I don't train for it.
