**** Muscle-Ups

Trying them at the Toronto cert definitely gave me a piched nerve or something of the kind. Was practicing the false grip this morning and instant tingles through my fingers that have no feeling. Definitely a roadblock to doing them.

Re: **** Muscle-Ups

I feel your pain .I just got back from having an EMG done, numbness & tingling/left hand, knife like pain in scapula, and left pec basicly not working.
Doc.says chronic pinched nerve c-5,6.
It turn acute 2 weeks ago.No workouts involing upper body.I'd try a push up and my left side would just drop.
I've been getting pt,chiro& acupuncture since last week and its making progress. Can even do 10 pushups from my knees w/o pain.
And of course this all happens a few weeks before I head to the Pitt cert.
So have it checked out before it becomes it comes back to bite you.
