Erector Spinae Muscles

Are there any valuable stretches for this other than the classic spinal extension/flexion and seated twist?

I have a lot of issues with pain and cramping around the 11th and 12th ribs (core weakness and residual whiplash issues) and find it such an awkward place to get into. (also do a lot of myofacial rolling)

Sit in a straddle, lean over one of your legs.

You can also rotate the front of your body towards your other leg while keeping it over the leg which will give you a pretty good stretch too. Play around with it.
