Squat- 315lbs 4x3, 1x5
Pendlay rows- 225lbs 3x5

Thoughts:
Did not have that much time this morning before class started, but still had a small enough group show up that I could still do a little bit.

A little bit of volume in the squats, and I haven't worked on pulling in a while.

20 minute steady ride at 55rpm.
3 Hours later:
5 rounds:
10 kb snatches per arm w/35lb kb
1 minutes ride at 65rpm

Thoughts:
Kind of fun. Just enough to get a glaze on both and a super slight arm pump on the second cause its sort of a curl press as much as a snatch.

Squats: 3x1 @160kg
Good mornings: 3x5 @70kg
Upright rows: 3x5 @70kg

Nice cleans, How is the arodyne treating you? I'd love one. But med ball cleans will do.

It's good. Haven't really got to use it like I wanted to. I can run for 45 minutes to an hour and be fine but I only went for 20 minutes the other day just to see if anything would be sore. I try to avoid DOMS at ALL costs. lol

Next time I will use it will probably will be Wednesday. Going to start riding it during off nights just to get the heart rate up a tad.

I know a few guys who use them and really like them. I heard that you can reall tax your ''wind'' on them too.

Stright Press: 3x8 @75kg

Thoughts:
Not a productive workout but with the stress at work, and also the heavy work the day before that's not tooooo surprising. Just a little something to get the blood flowing and pumping. Need to get more sleep.
