http://journal.crossfit.com/2008/10/...erand-wins.tpl (WFS - it is the CrossFit journal)

http://journal.crossfit.com/2008/09/...o-crossfit.tpl (WFS - again it is the CFJ)

Re: Bodybuilding and CrossFitting

there's a couple CF journal articles that talk of bodybuilders turning to crossfit:

http://journal.crossfit.com/2008/10/...erand-wins.tpl
http://journal.crossfit.com/2008/09/...o-crossfit.tpl

the latter of which is a free download, if you're not a subscriber (which, if you're in the least bit serious about training with CF principles, I believe you should be).

also; with a little creative searching, there's a million and one threads in here with "how do I get big with crossfit" themes.

Considering that you are an affiliate and that you posted a smilie in your title, I am assuming this is a joke...

Being part of an affiliate is not the same as having all the answers.

Re: Bodybuilding and CrossFitting

If I were an affiliate and a client asked me about bodybuilding and it was one of their goals, I would look in the same place for info about it. It's a legit question.

Because god forbid a *gasp* bodybuilder walks in the door of your affiliate and asks how they can combine crossfit with their current bodybuilding regimen...

Re: Bodybuilding and CrossFitting

You are correct...I am an affiliate and no I don't know all the answers. Most of my clients are concerned about body composition over performance...not your average crossfitter I know but still my clients. I am curious as well. I am fit and strong...but I have the build of a powerlifter more than a crossfitter. I still crossfit but my body gets stronger but looks the same. So, I am curious as well...

Re: Bodybuilding and CrossFitting

Are you in the ZONE? Diet plays alot with body comp. I used to do nothing but powerlifting, after starting crossfit+3mos I lost probably 10lbs. When I started on the Zone I lost another 20 in 2 months all fat I ended up stonger. If you are already zoning you'll have to check with someone smarter.
