Jason....I am so psyched that Albany CrossFit has finally joined Beyond the Whiteboard workout log website. I have been posting there for the past month or so and have had to tweek my workouts/results to fit one that they had. Now I can post exactly what I do at the gym...

Long time no post!
2/23: group warmup - SDHP/pullup WOD 1k row 25 deadlift 155# 50 burpees 18:21 Thanks guys for pushing me through at the end! Especially Kelly who did my last 6 burpees with me. Jay - it may be a girl thing, but having someone suffering along really helps! |

Burpees aren't cute anymore. Today's WOD as Rx'd: 1k row, 25 155# dl, 50 Burpees. time: 23:24. Jay, thanks for dogging me like a parent with a 7th grader finishing homework. Tough WOD. Wiped out for the rest of the day. Something tells me I'm not in Kansas anymore. Well, maybe "dust in the wind".

I gotta tell you, your comments always make me laugh. Jason, I think this message board should be called the Lenora & George Show. But seriously Lenora, I read your WOD's and I think you work your butt off. You stick with it.... You always give it 110 percent. Keep up the good work. Good work out today, with Marine Mike, thanks for making me work harder then I would have. OHS 165x3, 175x2, 185x1 30 Muscle ups for time 8:44 Both PRs. |
