It wasn't terrible Erin you just need to work on the hollow position and keep your core strong and tight.

10 knee to elbows
15 alternating lunges

completed 13rounds, +5+10+10

The kipping pushup looks pretty functional to me...

kipping pushups were fun but they feel too naughty for me to take seriously!! ...they were good practice...i managed 100 pushups today bringing me to 350 for this week. Last 30 pushups were deep - tried to keep my head up but it felt really uncomfortable...

no WOD for me tonight - i've been feeling kinda knackered so taking it easy!

Maria - your pushups were fabulous!
Andrea D. & Marie - excellent work on those thrusters

how is everyone doing on the Zone? I would encourage you to talk to each other, swop ideas, recipes, snacks, mistakes & success....

Viv, great work encouraging everyone to get on the pushup and zone challenge. Great work with Andrea and Marie tonight! Definitely the best thrusters I have seen Marie do!

Kipping Push ups are going to be my new dance move...

Last night I just did my 21 65# thrusters and some push ups and went home...I have 205 to get through this weekend-not bad and I'll be away so it will force me to do a workout...not that I ever need to be forced

I am really impressed with everyone's HSPU's...you guys are awesome!!!

See everyone Monday...starting MEBB and really looking forward to getting my butt kicked!
