Fisherspooner-Their album Odyssey
"Cloud"
"Never Win"
"Kick in the Teeth"
"We need a war"
"Happy"
Fisherspooner are an electropop band influenced by Gary Numan,Visage, Pet Shop Boys and New Order. They are currently touring the States. They are a tight band who puts on a very theatrical performance with alot of energy. Highly recommended.

Very cool. I think I might download that album for my drive to Whitney this afternoon. iTunes rocks.

I'm glad someone else here likes techno/electronica. I was beginning to think we had an all metal crowd. One of my favorite workout mixes is just about anything by Underworld mixed with a few songs from Run Lola Run.

The Faints "Desperate Guys" is a great workout song in that mode.

You two definitely aren't the only techno/electronica fans. I'm in there as well.

I constantly update my music player I use during workouts.. and I'm in the techno/electronica club myself.. though I occasionally have to include some Fear Factor, Black Label Society, Iron Maiden (rock!), etc into the mix for the heavy lifting WODs.

If you want some free electronica mixes that are 70+ minutes long, check out Bouncy Beats.

One of the better electronica options I've found for WOD's is Kraftwerk's Tour de France. Particularly perfect for running, rowing and (aptly enough) biking.

I'll second Josh's recommendation on Tour de France.

That's a great song for almost any workout.

What we need is someone who'll upload some MP3s somewhere. It's just impossible to know if you'll like what's posted if you don't know it. So, if you post a list of songs you like why not try and upload a few (if you can).

I'm a music student (oh wait - was.. yipee!) so am always on the look out to expand my pretty damn varied collection.

Am downloading a Bouncy mix now, but I'd love to be suggested music from ANY genre. Faves are Reggae, Soul, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Latin & well, everything.

Kraftwerk, YES!!!!!!!!!! So Bloody Influential. Hard to imagine the pop music landscape without their contribution. Kraftwerk is simply brilliant.

One of these days, after I have cloned myself, I would like to get my hands on some techno composer software and do some Tabata mixes, as well as others.

I was thinking it would be cool to have it do a 3 second countdown before the music and mode changes (fast and slow).

There was some other timed workout stuff I was thinking of too, but I can't remember right now.

Oh yeah - Jungle is sweet to workout to, but lately I have been listening to a lot of Slipknot, Mudvayne, Hatebreed, Killswitch Engage (all newer metal) I guess I am one of the "Metal Heads" that was refered to above. Believe it or not, I was a bigger fan of Techno before metal. Now I like whatever gets me moving.

for some variety, I think I will drop by the bouncy beats and see what I like.
