Read above you boob. I answered it. The real translation is that the comment indicated HE had no idea of what I was saying and I wanted him to admit it.

Still, as I've posted before, I'm always looking for alternatives. What would you recommend?

Have you ever watched the Westside videos where Louie demonstrates how he trains his abs etc.? I would recommend that for starters. Heavy squatting and deadlifting will also help. Do you have access to jump stretch bands?

Another sentence screaming, "I have no idea what I am talking about, but if I yell loud enough no one will notice"

Ok, you win. You are the better, more mature man than I.

Already doing heavy squats and deads, though I find they're less directly applicable because the movement planes are different. Have access to a fully equipped Crossfit and powerlifting gym. Will have a look at the videos, thanks!

If you have access to the bands try the following:

Stand on one side of the band with your feet relatively narrowly spaced. Place a towel on the back of your next and loop the other end of the band around your neck. You then bend at the waist doing something like a toe touch but let your back muscles do all of the work. You can come up at side angles to work the transverse abdominis etc. I really like this one. Use higher reps - 20+.

Something like a banded good morning? If so, I've done them, but they seemed pretty easy with the band I was using. Guess I need a stronger one...

Chris, there is no need to be adversarial here. I have been very positive about the Westside system and Louie... I have made it a point to be positive about your system and to give it credit where credit is due precisely so that this didnt end up in a name calling contest.

Earlier when I said "we" you asked who i meant. I meant people who do the OHS.

Give it up, dude. These are people who think grains grains are "evil"... they'll grow out out of it, thought it may take them a few years.
