I weigh 180 right now and am going for 2x body weight. I have neglected my back a little and it seems to be a tad bit weak
My Grip at 325 was pretty hard to hold. Working on that too.

Deadlift 135x 10 225x 8
275 x 5 325 x 1 New Pr. Going for 2x body weight.
Tabata push-ups 15 was lowest.

Planche Push-Ups with toes on medicine ball. Working towards full planche.

Did some L - Pull-Ups

Finished with a Mile run I was pretty drained but still came out with a sluggish 6:50 Wanted my 6 minute back but was too tired at the end of the workout.

Man this was hard I never run long distance I always make excuses to not do the 5k So today I did it and it was hard. I ran with my fiance's little brother who is still in high school and about 140lbs to boot. He had me by a minute.

23:56 Me

After the first mile there is about 300 feet over a bridge that slowed me down big time lol.

Since I have no access to rings did the 120 pu 120 dips

I did 60 Wide Grip and 60 hammer grip.

In sets of 10.
