Account Validated!

So my account is finally validated and i can ask and share opinion here.I would like to ask some questions and if someone of you could give opinions and answers I would appriciate it a lot.I'm very new to crossfit and i have never done anything similar (i havent even started cross-fitting because there is no any cross-fit qyms or actual cross-fitters in my area),besides that I workout calisthenics for 1 year now and i procceded from max 10 push ups ,0 pull ups, dips and muscle-ups to 77 push ups,30 dips,15 pull ups,5 muscle ups.I would like to start working out on the way you all guys do but i have access only to pull up bar,dip parallel bars, and soon i will have set of hevy-weight set(plates and barbell). So i have few questions (i have read thread for begginers but i would appriciate more accurate answers for my situation):
1.Suggestion of workout program(based on my equipment)
2.Is there any CrossFit summer/winter camps where i can go,for example,on 10-20 days and be trained by actual cross-fit coaches(Im from Serbia and there is only one cross-fit qym in Serbia and its not near my town)

Sorry for long post and thank you in front Best regards from Sabac,Serbia
