Are you guys doing weighted lunges or BW stuff. Lord I hope you all say body weight....

i got the impression from everything i read to not do ANY other legwork during the program. only some light benching maybe once a week?

Copy that. The SL spreadsheet I got said lunges today tomorrow and the next day. Says to stretch the thighs so I guess no weight. Thanks.

Your post has inspired me to give this a shot. I've been wanting to push my squat over 400 for a while now. Maybe this will be the thing to do it.

It is tough. I am just a few days into it and I am struggling to eat enough. I am not sore, I just feel whooped. Glad to have a few days to do lunges and recover.

Haven't done a max single in a while. I'm going to next week so I'll know. I'll be shooting for at least 350. I'm confident I'll get it. My best ever is 375, but I don't know if I can manage that right now. We'll see...

Are you trying to keep up with any upper body work while you do this or are you focusing strictly on the squats?

I think I may do this too. I'm at around a 370 squat right now though but I feel like a fatass at 5'11 210lbs. I want to hit a 400 squat before I start dieting again.
