Coach B
OF COURSE I am going to be there!!! Would cut a vacation SHORT if need be!
Please email me anytime at kbfiremantom@yahoo.com and tell me what's a good time and a good number to call you about doing an ADDITIONAL OL workshop the following day.

Tom

BTW Even though 80% of my training is KBs, since I'm prepping for an Olympic lifting event at CrossFit North on May 21st. I've been combining the skills I've learned from sweating thru OL sessions in Colorado and at Santa Cruz, with my strength from KBs and have been doing OK. On Monday I came in to do a Jerk w/o and was able to put up 100kg, first time ever attempting over 80kg and second Oly-specific w/o ever. Nick Nibler gave me some great tips and I just "went for it" after doing 80kg for 5 sets of 3. The biggest advantage of my KB lifting is that stabilizing the bar is easy. Waliking around with two 2 poods overhead builds a lot of shoulder stability and balance control.
