Karl,
I would hazard a guess that David did the row first. I did not. I also had a mark to shoot for, so I paced myself. I almost threw up in the last minute or two.

Karl,
I also, stupidly, did it about an hour after getting adjusted by my Chiro, and getting a 1/2 hour massage. That was a waste of money.}

I really have nothing to add to this thread.
I just love the title of it.

Good thing is Frank that I now have a target to go for.

I was thinking of doing this every Friday for a few weeks to see if I can get my score up a bit...you up for a challenge mate?

David,
I am game, provided I can master the use of my prosthetic arm by then.

Excellent Frank.

So next Friday, before the W.O.D, we both do the S.S.S and post our results?

Have you people learned nothing from the recent Kelly and FGB sagas? It seems whenever somebody throws out a crazy workout idea, it's only a matter of days until Coach inflicts it on all the rest of us 'innocent' bystanders.

In that case, I'm taking a pre-emptive strike: count me in on next Friday's SSS Extravaganza.

I just cranked out 40 reps to see how it feels, and, it occurs to me that 50 pounds of flung kettlebell is well over a third of my meager 135# bodyweight.

Which, of course, just makes me even more fired up for the test. Time to make the rest of us little guys proud. :-)

This is open to anyone, the more the merrier.

I only got my 24kg K-Bell on Wednesday and none of the people I train with do any work with the kettle bell, instead subbing a reduced weight dumbell, so the more people that do this the more I will enjoy it!

And if your a little guy, Joshua, then Im doing it for the big guys ( 6ft 3in, 189lbs)
