Well that was an experience.

I managed to do the 10k row in 41:17 which was the most mind-numbing 41mins and 17 seconds of my life.

For the test I managed 116 reps. Is that good ??

I think the record is somewhere in the 270s-280s, so you still got some room for improvement :wink:, however 116 is a fine opening gambit, especially after a 10k row (*yawn!*)

it was really hard..got more with my right arm than my left but was expecting that anyway. I really liked it though, we definetley need to do it at the s.o.s

I gave it a shot, before the row, since the general consensus is that the WOD hurts your row, less than the row will hurt your WOD.

I managed 156, then my right arm fell off.
