I've Only Got 2 Weeks...

So up until about 5 weeks ago I was following the CFFB programming in preparation for rugby this fall. Well the whole month of July I was away from home at an internship, working 16 hour days 7 days a week and worked out about 4 times since the beginning of July. My diet was relatively on point, but my physical activity was almost non-existent.

So, our preseason starts on August 23rd and I have a little over 2 weeks to try to recoup as much as I can of what I've lost over the last weeks. I know this isn't going to be very successful, but any suggestions about how to best use these next days? I also have to be conscious of hitting preseason with my body intact and not too burned out.

So, CF + CFE, jump back into CFFB, just CF, something else? Suggestions please!

Go back to your program from 5 weeks ago and plan on scaling.

2 weeks... lol.

Go on a straight conditioning program scaled... CF mainpage would work... but you really need to scale so you're not THAT sore.

Once your conditioning level is up again then you can do hybrid strength work if you want.

Just go back to CFFB and scale it at first.

Were you working an internship that was physical at all? Doesn't sound like it.

The only people I know working those hours are I-bankers.

I-bankers and other finance types are the only people who get paid a reasonable amount to work those hours, but lots of people work those hours. Lawyers, consultants, medical residents and just about anyone who is starting a business to name a few.
