How fast are your 1 mile warm-ups?
I am interested to see if this is sufficient considering the non-stop intensity of the school.

Eric,

I try to keep my 1 mile at 7:30 or lower. It's just a warmup, and I have some running issues.

I had ankle surgery in February and haven't ran since October until about three weeks ago. I intend to add a morning workout in the near future that will be centered around running. I am just trying to ease into it...I don't want to ever have ankle surgery again!

I figured that rucking once a week would be my best bet. Again, I am just trying to keep the ankle whole.
