Phew. Got 4 rounds plus run and 8 pullups. I did all deadhangs (which is good for me). First 2 rounds of pullups were good. Then it got hard. Doing 2 or 3 at a time, then finally singles. Hard workout, though. The hoodie and ear warmers came off quickly.

CrossFit BRUTALITY!

Filthy Fift - 33:18 as RXd. We upped the box jump to 25 inches (usually around 18-20). I usually do hanging knee raises, I actually did what I think are knees to elbows. Measured our wall-ball distance. We had been doing about 8 feet. Made a mark and hit 10 feet this time. Burpees were much better than normal. Did groups of 10 ad 5. I've normally used a 15lb kb on this workout. Used a 35lb dumbell today. I usually do tuck jumps. I did double-unders one and two at a time. Good workout, today.

Followed by a 1 mile run.

Oh, and I don't want to jinx it... but I was 191.5 on the scales today. 190 by Christmas is VERY possible!

What an awesome day. Nik and I went out to GSX to meet up with Vanessa and get a workout in. The GSX WOD was:

10 rounds for time:
8 tire flips
5 pullups - dead hangs

12 minutes, flat. And I'm not ashamed to say that I got my butt handed to me by Vanessa. She's rock solid. Thanks again!

Can't say enough good things about GSX. The facilities are great. Indoors are very nice, lots of equipment and plenty of space. The outside it still under construction, but they have hundreds of feet of pullup bars, monkey bars, and rope hangs. Got to meet Jeff and some of the rest of the staff. I was just blown away by the experience.

Now I have to go back to my warehouse to work out. Today won't be my last trip out to GSX.

You did awesome! Thanks for intro'ducing me to Genghis Grill. That will be a new fav place to eat Paleo.
