Murph

1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
1 mile run

This was our 8.14 workout. GOOD LORD!! Has to be one of the toughets workouts I have ever done. I feel like I just went through double sessions in football.

Good Ol' Murph. I did this once and didn't break up each workout, so I did the full 100, then 200, then 300...That is the worst possible way to do this!! I may just do it that way again though!

haha this is my fav workout! i do it quite frequently with my 30lb loaded rucksack full of sand =) puts me on the ground everytime an take well near an hour!? have fun
