recommendation for adventure racing pack?

I'm looking for a new daypack that will hold a change of clothes (gym clothes or an overnight stay). I'm estimating that I need about 20-25 liter capacity.

Ideally it would have a sternum strap and waistbelt along with easy-access zippered pockets on the belt.

I don't actually do any adventure racing. I just want a lightweight pack I strap down so that I can catch up to a buses that are halfway down the block.

Any suggestions?

Osprey Talon series...decent price, but well worth it. I have the Talon 22 which should be just fine for what you need.

LL Bean Bigelow Day pack. Might be a little more technical than you're looking for, but I love mine. The osprey talon series was my other choice. For me, it came down to price, LL Bean's was about $25 cheaper then. Now it's closer to $10 difference.
