In Iraq, Muscle Is a Growth Industry

This is good news(link F/W Safe) other than the steroids. I can already see Crossfit Bagdad's t-shirts...Crossfit Bagdad, Building Elite Fitness-Not Bombs.

The steroids and the focus on bodybuilding is a minus. But the picture I saw in the Wash. Post did show one guy doing a pull up, unfortunately the other guy was doing a bent over DB raise.

Now they just need to get the women in there, we should send some CF'in women over there.

I saw an article about a womens gym only in Iraq a few weeks ago, i'll try to see if i can find it again.

Re: In Iraq, Muscle Is a Growth Industry

There's about 20 of us here in Mosul, Iraq that have been doing crossfit. The pro's have been at it 6 months, some of us newbies less than a month.

We're thinking about getting our own crossfit tee's-any ideas on how to do that?
