Anyone from Yokosuka do CrossFit at the Fleet Rec Gym or Purdy Gym on the Naval Base? I know at least one other person does it. I went to do the Filthy Fifty and found a sticky note with the same exercises by the pull-up bar.

It's not a bad gym, lotsa machines, lotsa benches for bench presses, just not many pull-up bars (two), medicine balls (one 15# ball), rings (zero), ghd (zero), speed ropes (zero). It has an olympic lifting area with bumper plates though.

I am at Camp Lejeune. I have been seeing similar things in the gym like thrusters, front squats, and heavy kipping lately. The Crossfit insurgency is invading our shores too.
