My only question is, how are you going to keep Coach to only 2 hours!!! I've seen him in action and 2 hours is just a warm up!!
Suggestion for future shows:
Dan John, Mike Burgener, Michael Rutherford, any other affiliate owners (Dave, Ryan, Jeff)

This is a great idea! Can't wait for the first show!

Sorry about you Brits. I'm not opposed to a euro edition of the show. Find me just a few more Crossfitters over there and we'll talk.

Good point about Coach Ron. The great news is, I don't have to shut it down after 2 hours. If everyone wants to keep going, we will. I may regret saying that....

Yeah, I think I may have to wait for the archived version too! 5 AM would have been do-able, but 3 AM is pushing it a bit! After all, we all know the importance of sleep for recovery!

Peter, recovery sleep is over rated. You folks across the pond have to make some sacrifices for living on the wrong side of the planet.

Dave,

On Sunday, I was up until 4 am for my yearly date with the Superbowl - how's that for making sacrifices?!

All I can say is I'm glad Monday was a rest day!

Everyone,

Just a reminder that we're only 2 days away from the debut of CrossFit Live; Sunday 7 pm PST.

Set whatever reasonably reliable reminding device you possess. I expect perfect attendence. I know who you are.

Dave - I was confused by the site. So we listen in through our computers but if we want to ask questions we call in?
