So I have decided to start my journal to gauge my progress. I have been consistently doing CF for a few weeks, but this is the first time for me to document my workout.

Five Rounds of Max Reps:
BW Bench Press
Pull Ups

Wt. 170lbs.
1) 17/15
2) 12/12
3) 10/7
4) 7/5
5) 5/5

Completed as Rx'd with no rest in between sets.
If anyone is reading this, are we supposed to rest between sets?

CFWU*2

Seven rounds for time of:
135 pound Clean, 10 reps
Handstand Push-ups, 10 reps

Subbed 95# Clean, 10 reps
HSPU feet resting on wall 10 reps

time: 18min.

Felt pretty good, but had to continously take breaks after every few reps on the Clean. Need to work on form and getting to 135# mark.

Hey Ben, my understanding of procedure on ME days is that you do pause between sets. I guess the point is to allow enough recovery that going to completion without failure is possible that way. Nice job btw, I'm still looking forward to BW presses!

Run 5k

25min.

First time to run this far in two months. My time could be much better if I was more consistent with the CF workouts.
