Whole foods usually has a great selection of chicken sausages and pork sausages, and they have the ingredients listed right there in front of the meat. Pretty sure they make all their own sausage in store also.

Look for a local butcher, or grocery that makes their own sausage. I worked through school at a butcher shop, all of our sausage was ground from the trimmings we had left over, and the spices mixed in store as-needed.

Me too! We get their hot dogs at TJ's s lot. Great for the kiddies.
