Re: Jamie's CFSB Log

Metcon is alright. If I could string 3 or 4 nights of sleep together, I would be a beast. I feel better doing it, and I can push harder. It's a combination of being able to embrace the suck and being in better shape.

Yesterday was a wash, I did nothing since I slept for ****. Note kiddies, don't take a crap ton of b vitamins at 5 pm. It doesn't help you sleep.

Re: Jamie's CFSB Log

I should have switched the workouts. I could have done yesterday's today and today's yesterday. I'm not sure about the sprints, but I could have done the strength part.

pull ups
8, 6, 5 (almost chest to bar, I didn't touch)

handstands and HSPU. I did negative with just the wal and then some work with bands. It was fun. The trainers at the gym had never seen band assisted hspu, so they want to try them now.

I will sprint after work. I found a track

Re: Jamie's CFSB Log

Holy crap sprints suck. I've done them before, but I wasn't even close to rx'd.

first 3 were 100 meters but I rested about a minute between each (they were all under 15 seconds)

then 90, then less than 80, mid 70's 60 and then 50. My knee was acting up at this point so I stopped and did some tumbling; shoulder rolls, forward rolls, back rolls, cart wheels. It was fun.

Side note, I got a call from the FBI. I have an interview.

Holy crap, the took TFL. I didn't time it. I was doing sets of mostly 1 and sometimes 2 chin ups from 55 on. I hate pull ups.
