warmup- dynamic stretching

WOD-Half Murph
For time:
1/2 mile Run
50 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
150 Squats
1/2 mile Run


Notes-I think I could have done the WOD as Rxd but i''m just getting back into the swing of things and so i am taking it slow so as not to butn out in a week or two.
