That's kind of what I thought, but I had heard that you were never really quite the same as far as getting back to your intensity level.

Before you check out of this thread, you're not wrong. It's different for everyone. I have friends who swelled very badly to those that were back in the saddle in 2 days.

I couldn't workout at all for over a week, and over two weeks before the swelling was completely gone. I iced very regularly and was off my feet for 3 whole days after the procedure. So, it's different for everyone. You'll know when you get it done if you're ready to go, trust me.
