I've probably only been lifting seriously for a year. I lifted a lot before then, but when I went anorexic I lost all my LBM and strength. With regular training I'm sure your squat would shoot up pretty quickly. I trained with the BEAR protocol for 4 weeks to see how high I could get all of my lifts; I was really impressed. If you wanted to get your squat up but keep the pace with CF, you could probably supplement once or twice a week with a heavy 5X5 session. Sorry I couldnt be of more help, training isnt my specialty :-)
