just wondering if u guys could give me some points or critisicm.


mon-
crossfit wod

shoot trg= takedowns standup rollind -1.5 hrs

tues=
kickboxing trg-1.5hrs skipping pad rnds bag rnds sparring
bjj\wrestling 1.5hrs

wed=as monday

thursday=as tuesday

fri=rest


sat=1.5hrs vale tudo trg

sun=1.5hrs touch football kickboxing trg as tues thurs

Matthew- I know this may be impossible but if you could cut the 3hr training block on tue,thr, sun into a morning evening session that would be ideal. My capoeira class goes for 4-5hrs occasionally...it is grinding. if you can do the WOD when prescribed even if the weight and intensity are ver very conservative. This will aid to increase your work capacity over time and allow you to train at a higher intensity level. It looks like an enviable MMA training schedule!

unfortunatly the schedule my trainers have only allow the times on tues \thurs to do this.however the sunday one i could split.

i am trying to now juggle the schedule to include more crossfitting into it.

i am trying to work out with my trg partner a few crossfit workouts i can do at any time, due to my work schedule being different every week.

i am very keen to train hard and am fortunate enuogh to have a very supportive team and instructors behind me.
