My knees are cursed.

Dec had meniscus tear and knee was scoped, felt awesome afterwards but decided to take it easy. Two days before release back to work it starts acting up(worse) locking and poping. I've made it a point to lose some weight but wondering if I should lay off Crossfit all together, and go back to a standard gym program to strengthen these knees. This sucks

Btw my other knee probably has 4 more years left on it due to osteo necrosis.

Re: My knees are cursed.

Sometimes knees can act up after knee arthroscopy if there were arthritic changes seen. With loss of cushion the knee can become painful. Definitely want to strengthen it and go to your surgeon if it continues to be painful and sore.
