Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

strength training rest

hi, how can I plan the rest between the set during the strength program. for example during the 5*5

Simply sit or lay on your butt for 3-5 minutes or as much as necessary. 2-3 minutes at the minimum.

You can also check when you are ready to go again by your heart rate and trying to feel how your nervous system feels. This is trickier though.
