Re: cheapest fish oil with most epa/dha

One thing to consider is the heavy metal content of the fish oil, especially the mercury content - you want to make sure that your fish oil is free of heavy metals. Cheapest is not always best.

To alleviate fish burps I've found that freezing the fish oil (if it's in pill form) has been tremendously effective.
