cert. expectations

DO we get to workout each day of the cert? Seriously its my priority
"runs a mile under 5 min, and walks on her hands 122 meters without stopping...upside down or rightside up..shes unreal!"

Sarah I swear you need to relax and take 2 weeks off on a beach and do nothing more strenuous then raise your hand to order another margarita.

I wouldn't worry about workouts during the cert. You're going to get far more than you expected. And when they say lay off a couple of days before, really do that!! Beware the Tabata Bottom Squats!!
I had difficulties walking for a couple of days after my cert.

You're top priority should be to learn and listen. If you're just interested in killer workouts, then travel to a high profile CF Affiliate, pay some money and go at it for a few days with one of the CF Rock Stars.

The WOD's at Certs are fun, but nobody really cares about your FGB or Fran time, there are no awards(bummer for you), and once done, people go back to their chairs for more demo's and lectures.
