Snatch, standing on 25kg plates, 90kg default PR, failing 95 too many times.
Back squat 3 x 8 100kg

6 x 2 min, 1 min rest
50 double unders
12 toes to bar
AMRAP power cleans 70kg in remaining time

18-13-12-10-12-13, 78 reps total.

Effectivement, je suis bien d'accord avec toi sur qualité > quantité !

A propos, j'ai parcouru un peu ton log, pas entièrement encore, mais suffisamment pour voir que tu as testé quelques séances du coach Burgener, et d'autres de Catalyst Athletics, est-ce-que tu as eu une préférence pour l'une ou l'autre "programmation" vis a vis de l'haltéro ?

Burgener et CA m'ont beaucoup appris et inspiré pour mon entrainement en haltero. J'ai suivi CA pendant 2-3 mois de manière stricte il y'a de ça 3 ans maintenant, et ça m'avait permis d'énormément progresser. Je te le conseille!

Muscle snatch 72.5kg
Power clean & push jerk 117.5kg PR
"Yoke" carry (170kg barbell + 32kg total kb hanging) 3 x 30m

1 min MU, 1 min Burpees (12.1 standard), x 5
Goal was 7 for Mus (fail), and 18 for burpees.
MU - 7,6,5,2,3
Burpees - 3 x 18, 16, 18

Push Jerk 110, failed 122.5kg 5 times, positionning issues
Clean pull 130 x 3 x 3

"The Gauntlet"
in 30 min:
Jackie, 1k row, 50 thrusters 20kg barbell, 30 pull ups
10 rounds of 3 power snatch 60kg and 15 wall balls 10kg
Amrap Cindy in the remaining time

Nice cruise with 9 rounds and 1 pull up in Cindy, I joined the class I was coaching

Clean, 110kg x 1, 120 fff, last fail i got stuck halfway up dammit

12 min amrap
3 stone shoulderings 70kg
5 muscle ups

7 r + 1 mu

Today:

Hang snatch, 95kg pr, 100ff super close
Hang power clean & push jerk, 117.5 pr
Front squat 80 x 8 x 2, 90 x 8

No time for wod
