Frank's Workout Log!!
Hey guys I think I'll be starting a workout log on the forums... Having trouble staying motivated being a freelance crossfitter so I think I'll join the community online!
I'm in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, attending the Schulich School of Business at York University. I train at the Toronto Track and Field Centre. It's awesome as it has a lot of the things I need to do crossfit. It's got really high gymnastics rings, climbing rope, bumpers, barbells, pullup bars, squat racks, and a set of dumbells. No kettlebells or ghd, unfortunately.
I'm 18 years old and I'm Chinese. I'm 5'11" at 165lbs. I've been at crossfit since February 2008, self-teaching the movements and having to go to physiotherapist as a result of a few minor injuries from doing the movements wrong. Now, 1.5 years later, I'm good though, in my opinion, although my form isn't absolutely perfect.
I'm going to be following the main site WODs.
