430# DL @ 182.6 Bodyweight!

Getting leaner and stronger!

Progressing nicely towards that 2.5x BW Deadlift...

Get Some!

Thanks fellas!

And yes, Gabriel, I'm doing a more strength based hybrid program focusing more on gymnastic work and heavy lifting, based on what Gant outlined a while ago. It's going great actually!

I'll also take this time to give a shout out and big thank you to Gant for seeding the hybrid program. Thanks a lot bud... I really dig this type of training!

-David

Thanks, Bro! But I'm no freak... Yet!

How's the Rugby training going, Ricky?

George, you're a beast for your weight. I've been trying to follow your log... You're doing some great things. You and a couple others on here are why I decided to start my own log.

450# contest, huh? I can dig it... Although we can race, I would like to see us all hit that mark! My training is pretty tight these days, so if I can keep my diet up and my intake high, I should be able pull that 2.5 BW Deadlift before October, I would hope...

Keep up the good work fellas,

-David

Good mate yeh. We won 65-0 in a pre season friendly last week. Scored a couple. Well one was from back of a maul i literall just touched the ball down once it was already over the line. The other however was run down wing from about 1/2 way. Couple big handoffs and a step inside saw me score under posts. Happt days lol.

Pretty freaky, mate i weigh 93Kg's (205lbs) and my deadlift is 400.Im 100lbs off you guys then.

Ricky
