Hi folks,

while wandering through our local hardware store, I found the perfect cheap massage tool alternative to the "theracane" (see http://www.theracane.com/)- a simple wall hook (e.g., as advertised as "Giant Storage Hanger" for 2.99 USD at http://hardware.hardwarestore.com/28-storage-hooks.aspx):

This simple tool makes self-massage for your neck and shoulders much easier. For certain muscles, like the supraspinatus or upper trapezius, it is the definitive way to go. For added leverage, you could even mount it on a dowel or shortened broomstick.

Have fun massaging, and keep away from injury,

Christian

now that's cool and very resourceful. Sure you don't want to patent it?
