I'm going to order one of these tomorrow night. I'm wondering, which one would be a good choice to go with? I'm looking right now at the Monster Mini, or the Light model. I'm mainly going to be using this for practicing certain gymnastics moves. Would one of these be good, or should I go heavier?

Kevin,
For spotting the gymnastics moves, I use either the minis or the lights. I use average for stretching.
You might consider getting 1 light and 2 minis.
The JS bands are great. One of my favorite training tools. You can also combine them with barbells, kettlebells or power rings for great effects.

I'll start out with the "light" model, and buy more as I see fit.

Thanks, Tyler!
