Quick question so I understand correctly:

If I choose the Cindy workout, does it mean I need to go through the 3 exercises, without no rest after doing the 3 exercises for 20 straight minutes?

Thanks

chris

for Cindy, one round consists of 5 pullups, 10 pushups, and 15 squats...complete as many rounds as you can in 20min, where less rest equals more rounds. so, 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats, "1", 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats, "2", etc. same thing with Mary except for her, one round consists of 5 HSPU, 10 alternating 1-legged squats, and 15 pullups. you should be moving for the whole 20min on these two.

Yes Chris. That means no rest. But feel free to cry when you are done.

Though you need to finish an exercise before doing the next, so I guess that can count as a rest time of sorts.

Which means if you do 12 sets of Mary you will do.. 60 HSPU 120 OLS (pistols) 180 pullups... not bad for 20 minutes

That it is.
Unless of course you want to make the whole thing much more challenging and wear a weighted vest.

I would say for starters stick with bodyweight. Believe me by the time you are hitting the tenth minute you will be feeling those squats.

The biggest thing for them is to keep good form on them. Go good and low, I try and go *** to the ground on them. Then explode up (don't bounce).
