I just wanted to update that Coach Summers contacted me. There was an issue with the order (he is aware of the technical difficulties that his site is experiencing) and he canceled it for me. I was able to re-order glitch free.

For anyone else who is going through this, Coach Summers replied to me with the olympicbodies @ aol.com address so I think that is still the best way to contact him instead of the one listed on his website under "Contact Us".
