xtreme rings

i just ordered the xtreme rings from gymnastic bodies.com...i sent them the money through paypal and everything, went smoothly. Untill i checked my orders in my account and it said 0. I looked at my cart and my rings were still there even after i paid them. I havent been emailed a receipt from them but i have one from paypal of the payment. Did anyone else have experiences like this?

Re: xtreme rings

I had something similar happen a few weeks ago. I sent them an email and I got a reply from Coach Sommer himself in less than an hour. He apologized for my trouble, made some correction in his order system, emailed me a receipt/acknowledgement, and I had my two sets of rings in a couple days. He even followed-up personally to make sure everything went through. Excellent service. Send him an email from the ordering site, I'm sure you'll get a resolution quickly.

Re: xtreme rings

His online store thingie has been broken for months. I've had nothing but trouble with it. First when I tried ordering my rings six months ago. Again, last month when I preordered the Gymnastic Bodies book and DVDs and this time it was probably worse.

Good service, though, and quality product. But they could really use a new store system.

Re: xtreme rings

I had trouble on the website too.

I ordered four sets of rings from them through Ebay. He has them up on ebay and had no trouble. Got them and like them. As a former ringman it is hard to not do more with them, but not having them hung on the ceiling yet has kept me from that. Of course I plan on hanging 2 sets from the ceiling next week. The others will be hung from the pull-up station, as they are now.

I will try and contain myself.

Re: xtreme rings

Huh, I have the same problem. I ordered rings Monday and then saw this thread, checked my account, and sure enough, no order. I emailed Wednesday with a copy of my Paypal reciept but haven't heard anything back. I guess I should try emailing again.

Re: xtreme rings

Try him again. I think it is more of a web issue than an issue with them as a company.

Re: xtreme rings

I'm also having the same issues. Actually, I think I'm worse off - I can't even get the PayPal receipt. I keep getting an error message that says there is a problem with the sellers email address. I sent an email to Coach Sommers using the address from the site as well as an aol address I found on this forum but I haven't heard back yet.
