I take 5g creatine a day mixed in an egg-white protein shake. I also take a daily multivitamin/mineral and 1-2gm Vit. C and 2-3 tblsp. fish oil.

I think the first/best thing to do before any supplement worries is to be consistent with the whole food nutrition, water consumption, and sleep.

Is there a "better" time to take fish oil? I've been taking it before bedtime

Frank, I take mine throughout the day. 3 times a day, generally with food (not sure if that matters). Creatine is recommended by some and not by others.

My everyday supps include olive, flax and fish oils; also take creatine, leucine, and dextrose in my post-workout. What else?...a multi, CLA (pre-workout) and veggie supplement chewable tabs.

Frank...I don't believe there is a "better" time to take fish oil. I would just avoid taking it before having sex lol. The smell is not very pleasant as you can imagine. Last time I checked, fish oil comes in various flavors though:happy:.
