Does anyone have any research or literature pertaining to fish oils' and other n-3 oils'? Especially anything pertaining to their ability to increase insulin sensitivity of muscle cells, whilst reducing insulin's inhibitory effects upon fat release from adipose.

Paul, if you haven't already read it, Udo Erasmus' book "Fats that Heal, Fats That Kill" is an excellent reference on fats in general and omega-3's in particular. It does go into PGs and insulin sensitivity.
