Today:

3 mile run in the park. Beautiful 75 degree day! Will be doing a 5K on Saturday and wanted to run a little before the race. Rubbed blisters on the balls of my feet (wearing my five fingers as usual). Had a pedicure done the other day and now my feet are too soft. I want my yucky callused up feet back! Haha

Four sets for times of:
95 lb Power Clean x 5 reps
Pull-Ups x 10 reps
Double-Unders x 30 reps
Rest 2 minutes

First time putting 95# cleans into a timed workout. Missed a couple of cleans on the last 2 rounds-slow! First set of DU unbroken but not on the other 3 rounds.

Workout of the Day
In teams of two, partners alternate rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
65 lb Thrusters x 10 reps
20″ Box Jumps x 10 reps
400 Meter Run

Did this workout in class with 2 partners. 2 of us worked while the 3rd rested. We got just short of 8 rounds done. Thrusters felt very easy today! Fun workout.

rest 2 minutes
4 deadhang pull ups w supinated grip
rest 2 minutes

4 sets

Metcon: Did a 6000 meter row with a 5 person team, one minute on the rower and then switch partners. Had 5 turns to row

Today:

Workout of the Day
A.
Four sets of:
Front Squats x 6 reps 95#
Rest 2 minutes
Ring Rows x 8 reps
( horizontal with feet on a box)
Rest 2 minutes

B.
For time:
Run 400 Meters
50 Wall Ball Shots (tossed an 8 kg kettlebell /wall ball sub)
50 Hand-Release Push-Ups
Run 400 Meters

10:20

Changed up this workout a little so I could do it outside
