it works.

taking a break from studying.

thank you crossfit.

i don't paleo/zone knowingly. i just learned to count calories, eat bodyweight x 11-13 depending on how heavy i'm lifting the day after, and go crazy on the diet one day a week or else i'll lose my sanity. i stick to the outsides of the grocery stores obviously, and don't really do the whole processed foods things. when i really disassembled my diet, i found that about 85% of the time i was abiding by zone paleo. However i'm a huge fan of eggs, and will never give them up. Also, I'm able to lift heavier when i'm on "the milk", so i drink lots of whole milk, and load up my coffee with half and half.

either way:

The hair was being grown out for www.locksoflove.org. if you get a chance you should try and do it once in your life. it's for a good cause.

and most recent, after recovering from a back injury and having to take almost a month off of deads / cleans / snatches / military presses

thanks crossfit for helping me keep the weight off over two years later.

I have no idea what that means, sorry.

but yeah, going from fat to fit , and in most women my age "superb" shape is a pretty good thing if you ask me. at least, it helped me get a little bit of my confidence back.

the funny thing is, i still have so much farther to go in terms of my strength, performance, benchmarks, learning, and everything.

so much more to learn.
so much more to work towards

that's actually my natural hair, hahaha. some days when i have a spare ten minutes i'll straighten it with the iron, but usually it's just 'whatever it does' is good enough for me

Re: it works.

It seems that crossfit has also eliminated all of your body hair. It seems to do this for way too many athletes here.
